Keith McCurdy's career has spanned more than 20 years in the digital media industry where he has held numerous executive positions at industry leader Electronic Arts and at innovative private companies backed by leading venture capital firms. Mr. McCurdy's career has consistently been focused on innovation in products, business models, technology and distribution, and leading the creation of new interactive, online, and mobile businesses. He is also a board director for two public companies in interactive and digital media.

Mr. McCurdy is CEO and co-founder of Vivaty. Vivaty is transforming the way consumers experience virtual worlds by significantly lowering the barriers for user adoption and broadening the reach and access to web users around the world. The company does this through an easy to use browser based experience, a high level of user generated personalization, and enabling a wide variety of virtual world experiences through partners. Vivaty can easily be accessed inside the web browser and the user experience is completely integrated within a community, a social network, or a branded web site. Vivaty is backed by top tier venture capitalists Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and Mohr Davidow Ventures.

Previously Mr. McCurdy was Chief Operating Officer at Hands-On Mobile, a mobile content company with over 800 employees in 6 countries around the world delivering a wide range of mobile products including games, lifestyle applications, IM clients, personalization content, and SMS products.

Prior to this, Mr. McCurdy was CEO of Blaze Entertainment, where he built the company into a global mobile games publisher with production and sales operations in the US and Europe and with content released on a worldwide distribution network of over 100 mobile operators and reaching nearly 1 billion end users. Mr. McCurdy also signed several key licensing agreements with industry leading content partners such Sony Pictures and MTV Networks establishing the company as a premier partner for world class IP holders. Blaze was acquired by Oberon Media.

Previously, Mr. McCurdy was a 10+ year veteran of Electronic Arts (EA), the world's leading interactive software company. Mr. McCurdy joined EA pre IPO when the company had just over 100 employees and his tenure encompassed the company's growth to over 3,500 employees and over $1.5 billion in annual revenues. During his career, Mr. McCurdy held a number of positions at EA, including Vice President of Product Development, Vice President of Technology, Vice President of Online, and Director of the Advanced Technology Group. Mr. McCurdy founded EA's Online Division, leading the company's strategy and technology effort onto the Internet and leading the creation of the first successful online business for the company and the industry as a whole. As Vice President of Technology for World Wide Studios, Mr. McCurdy was a member of the Office of the President which had a $1 billion P&L responsibility and he played a key role in the company's M&A efforts, strategic relationships, and platform transition strategies.

Mr. McCurdy is currently a board director of the following companies.

* Majesco Entertainment (Nasdaq: COOL). An innovative provider of video games for the mass market.

* Mandalay Media (OTCBB: MNDL). A digital media distribution and content company.

* CSRWare. An enterprise energy management and sustainability software services company.
